I began my Tech Recruitment career back in 2010 and it’s fair to say that a lot has changed in the world since then. I love the tech industry because it’s always evolving and whilst that brings challenges for me it brings opportunity – to adapt how we service our customers and also stay on the front foot in an ever changing tech landscape.
I’ve always really enjoyed working with innovative tech-driven companies who want the best tech talent to help achieve their goals, I equally enjoy working with tech experts to secure new roles where they can have a real impact. I’m a big believer in a ‘360’ recruitment approach where you really get to know your customer-base. Candidates and clients are equally important if you are to become a genuine expert within your niche. For most of my career I’ve been a hands-on leader, building out my own successful tech markets whilst also managing and growing great teams. I’ve been lucky to learn from excellent business leaders and help develop some fantastic recruiters, many of which have gone on to become successful leaders themselves.

I like to take a consultative approach to all recruitment processes – offering advice and support to both candidates and employers to make the perfect match.
Having worked in tech recruitment since 2021, I have a real interest and passion in the space. I love seeing new trends emerge and evolve and it’s clear that the world is in a pivotal time of change.
